This hotel is great. It's convenience to the Convention Center is unbelievable (obviously). The staff is professional and friendly and they have excellent valet parking. I tend to prefer a more unique experience when staying at a Providence hotel (The Dean is more to my liking), but for a more refined hotel stay, the Omni is an excellent choice.

It's a beautiful property. Professional and attentive staff. Clean and well appointed rooms with nice bathroom amenities. Connected to the mall for great shopping. I will stay here again.

Really great ambiance coupled with a personable staff really made the evening enjoyable. I had the aged 16oz NY strip steak cooked to medium for $64. It was well seasoned and but a little more rare than what I ordered but was still very delicious. The creme brulee for dessert was perfect. The bill for me and my date came up to $218. Would highly recommend giving this place a shot.

I've stayed at a lot of really nice hotels. My husband and I were greatly disappointed. We thought, paying $300 a night, we would get the nicest room! I have paid half that amount for a much larger, cleaner room. It is an OK room, but nothing special.

This hotel is a beautiful historic venue with rooms that have retained classic finishes while maintaining finishes. Very confortable with high ceilings traditional in a classic venue. The restaurants were exceptional with choices on the premises. Very friendly staff were encountered at every experience.
