The hotel is beautiful. The staff was all friendly and professional. Nicely located in Providence, with plenty of restaurants and shops in easy walking distance. Good at keeping out the cold. The restaurant's pretty good too! Only minor thing is it was taking a couple of minutes for the shower to warm up, but that's a small thing.

Great hotel.  The lobby is very clean and classy.  The desk staff was very friendly and helpful.  There was some delicious hot chocolate out in the lobby when we got in because it was freezing cold outside.  Well decorated.  Rooms were clean, warm, and comfortable.  Brunch at the attached restaurant was delicious too.

Charming! The place was redone relatively recently and each room is well appointed with big mirrors and comfortable beds. Everything was clean, worked as expected and the staff were friendly and helpful. Room service was great; the food arrived quickly and as described and they even had vegan options.

Really enjoyed staying there. Weather was very cold outside making the restaurant downstairs freezing cold. Honestly small fireplaces in the suites would have made them more cozy and quaint. Food was very good and the staff was wonderful. If in the area again I would definitely stay there.

This hotel is in a great location! If you’re staying in providence I highly recommended this hotel over others in the area. The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly. They have a restaurant and bar in the hotel but you’re within walking distance of some of the best restaurants and bars in the area. They have a dog lounge in the lobby which I thought was adorable! The only thing I didn’t care for was the $50 incidental hold on my card per night. It’s been 5 days since check our and the funds have not been released. Other than that, everything was great.
