The service was great! We arrived and checked in with no problem. Very fast and efficient at the front desk and they are so kind and willing to help with any issues we had. The only issue was the narrow path to the parking ughhhh... But the hotel itself was beautiful and worth the stay! The restaurant was great! The food was delicious and the breakfast buffet was the best!

Pros: Close to highway. Friendly staff. Good room service. Easy to park in garage. Walking distance to mall and surrounding restaurants. Good size room to sleep in. 
Cons: No mini fridge or microwaves in room without paying added fee. Pay to park is $25. Starbucks was closed for renovations. 
Overall good hotel and staff. Will be back again when in the area for a night.

There location is awesome and the staff is extremely nice. However, the room is not that good. The room needs to be updated as we have experienced some issues with our room. First, there was a dirty towel left in the room from, which I assume was a previous guest. Also the room needed to be cleaned better. It was extremely dusty. Also, the TV was extremely dim and I was unable to adjust the brightness. Normally the brightness is not a big deal, but the TV was so dim that I could barely watch TV and see the screen. It hurt my eyes. Also, a door handle fell off the closet door when we tried to open the closet.

Had a really poor stay. Initially it started out alright until a storm hit a bit my room had water leaking through the ceiling. No other rooms were available so made a fuss and managed to get a reduced rate for several nights. Even after insisting that they would get someone to dry the water out, this never happened and I was left with the wet towels until the following afternoon. On top of this I was charged for parking which I did not use (only used for a single night). Staff were not very friendly either, especially at the concierge stand. I will not be staying at this hotel again, nor recommending it to anyone.

Very nice hotel in Providence. Food is decent at the restaurant but many places in the area to go eat. Rooms are very nice and comfortable.
