Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! My cousin and I went to the restaurant last Thursday; October 19, 2017 at 10:30 pm. Granted they were preparing to close at 11:00 pm. My cousin was celebrating her birthday early. We went to the bar because she wanted an appetizer and a drink. Do you know the bar tender did not acknowledge us at all?! A female staff member came over because I guess she saw the frustration on our faces. She asked the bar tender, “Did you offer them anything to drink?" He said, "I cleaned up or put everything up already." The female asked what we wanted which was water and some appetizers. He still never acknowledged us. We saw the female telling him something. He still never acknowledged us until it was time to collect our money!!!!!!! I will never go back to this place ever again and if I hear people talking about it, I will tell them about our experience which was a slap in our faces!

I'd been here a couple times in the past, but was never impressed with the food. I tried it again today because I was in the area. I ordered the chicken quesadilla and once again, I was disappointed. While the quesadilla was large and included fresh ingredients (both a plus), the chicken had zero flavor and was dry. I think this is the last time I'll try this restaurant.

Service was fine, food was super over priced and underwhelming. Don't get the quesadilla- it's a waste of money. Did I mention a side of sour cream is an extra $2?? This place is making ridiculous margins.

I've tried this place twice. The first time, the cocktails and food were great but the waitress was terrible...slow and couldn't pronounce anything on the menu. We chalked it up to her being new so we went again last night. Waitress was much better, but our food never came! We were there nearly 2 hours. Ordered several drinks and an appetizer, but our entrees never showed up. The waitress checked on it 3 times as we had DPAC tickets and couldn't stay all night waiting. She came back the third time with our bill and said that someone brought the food out from the kitchen, but must have gone to the wrong table. No apology, no comp to our bill, no offer for next time, no manager, nothing...just charged us for our drinks and apps. Doubtful I'll return for a third try at this place.

They didn't have ranch for my wings . What is life without ranch on hot wings ? Soooo I asked for extra crispy and got extra soggy smh ... Waitress was cool but didn't inform us on what you guys did and didn't have available on the menu . They also was out of my FAVORITE DRINK Cuban Lemonade cocktail ... I love this restaurant but this visit wasn't the best , but I'll definitely come back . I love the outside seating
