Bull City Burger and Brewery is located in downtown Durham, NC. Our beef is local pasture raised with no added hormone and antibiotic free. We source as many local ingredients as possible to make everything from scratch. We are Back to Scratch
- We serve only pasture-raised beef. We'll close before allowing corn fed beef into the restaurant.
- No high fructose corn syrup is allowed in the restaurant. We feature Puck's all natural sodas with cane sugar and no preservatives.
- We make EVERYTHING in house except the ketchup
- No trans fats, hydrogenated oils or artificial anything
- We use 100% peanut oil for all our fried items
We do have a “Secret” burger not listed on the menu, but we can’t tell you about it. The first rule of the secret burger is there is no secret burger.
Celebrating your birthday or another occasion? We can help. We have birthday sized individual pound cake with ice cream as well as chocolate cake with frosting and ganache with 24 hours notice.
