I went to Daniels Long to look at cars after I had been in a car accident. I had financing set up already  and told them my parameters for what I was looking for in price. Easy sale for them. They did not listen and kept trying to put me in a car that was above my price range. By the 4 time of test driving a car and thinking that car was it... low and behold it was not because the sales manager did not look at the price. He specifically told me it was a nice car that would work for my budget. He did not look at the price and when it came down to the offer it was above my price range.  He actually didn't look at the price when he had me drive it. I was so frustrated. I had been shopping for car for almost 4 days.   I was done. They were also running a special where I could have had $1000 in my pocket if I bought a vehicle from them.  I walked away from that I was so frustrated.  I will not be going back to them anytime soon. I instead went to Car Max. They are an awesome company and have great prices. :) Got a great deal on a 2016 Toyota Camry.

As the reviews clearly show, the sales people are not all that knowledgeable. If someone walks up to you, ask to speak to MIKE. Unfortunately I did not get to work with him directly, and thankfully he was kind enough to help his very annoying sales associate out with my product knowledge questions. He is polite, extremely knowledgeable and straight forward. The dealership has strong follow up skills which I didn't mind because I was ready to pull the trigger. Know that if you give them your number, so many different people will contact you that you forget who is who. At one point I was talking to someone and someone else was texting me. But I sure hope they teach their personnel to stop interrupting people. You can not answer a question correctly unless you here it. I think they are all just too eager to sell something to someone. Didn't have that problem with Mike. Again, ask for Mike. If he's busy, wait or schedule an appointment. He's well worth the wait.

I went here after reading good reviews with every intention of buying a very not cheap new truck in cash on the spot. I started speaking with the desk manager and he was visibly annoyed that I was distracting him from some computer work he was doing. I asked him some questions about the truck and pricing and he finally looked up from the computer and said he "didn't even know what truck we were talking about, why are we talking prices? What are we even doing here right now?"

I thought about that for a second and replied "You know what? Nothing." I walked out (as he did a little laugh and went back to his computer) and bought the truck at a competing dealer. I guess selling trucks and bringing in revenue is not something worth a sales managers time? I don't know- very strange, would not go back.

Carl was amazing to work with, he saved me over $900 that another dealership wanted to charge me for work that did not need to be done. He made my whole experience quick and easy.

I recently went to Daniels long for a new car. I was trading in a car and wanted to be in something new. I encountered Amber O'halloran and she was amazing to work with. She went above and beyond what she needed to. I'll never go anywhere else to buy a car. Amber mike and jimmy made an extremely stressful process easy. I've never gone into a dealer where it felt like family. Daniels long did that. Again if anyone is looking for a car come here and see AMBER !!! Truly truly amazing!!!!
