Amazing Customer Service with my interests at heart! We had been in about 14 months ago and leased my Lexus. After a short time it became apparent the mileage was going to be a major problem. So last Friday we drove down to figure something out. Not only did we get a better lease, we were able to change cars without money down and nothing buried into the price or financing. Thanks Amy for your great clerical work, Ken for your amazing attention to our situation, Peggy for the ease of paperwork, and Christian for the spot on delivery! You are all amazing. You deserve so much more than just a box of Amy’s Donuts. It is such a pleasure to work with you!

We finally found a car that fit our bill at the Lexus car dealership. We called the dealership and spoke to someone named Bill. We told him that we were interested in the car. He told us that a repair had to be made and that he would send my husband his contact info. He never did. So, two days later, we made the 45-minute trip to the dealership to see the car and, if the repair had been made, test drive it. We found Bill again. We asked what happened to sending his contact info. He shrugged and said he had a lot of customers. Bill said that the repair would be made Wednesday and he would call us when it was made. I tried to make an offer, but he was sort of noncommittal and said he couldn't really do anything right now because he had three other customers. He said he would call when the car was back from the repair shop. He never did. My husband called on Tuesday after the New Years holiday. Nobody returned his call. He called again the next day to check to see if the repair was finished so we could test drive the car and buy it. We were informed by the person who answered the phone that the car had been sold, despite the fact that we had made an offer, that we were promised a return call multiple times, and had continuously followed up with this dealership. We've never experienced such horrific customer service. Lexus, as a brand, should be ashamed. Avoid this dealership at all costs. My family has been a Lexus customer for over 20 years and has never experienced anything like this.

Purchased a new in 2017 for my recently widowed mom with extended warranty covering tires and loaner car. She gets a flat last night and goes to service this morning. They said its under warranty but she can't get a loaner car because she needs to call ahead and they are none available. Now she's in the waiting room for 3-4 hours for a patch on one tire. They have a lot full of cars and used cars...hmmm, and can they have at least checked with a manager to see what they can do? When we bought we didn't even haggle on price since I assured my mom that she was buying into Lexus ' legendary customer service. So call ahead... even if it's an emergency!

Not really a fan. The sales guy couldn’t really answer our questions and just kept trying to tell us how much everything was.... as in that is all he would tell us. We were asking to see a base model and a mid equipped model and he just wanted to tell us how much they were like he was trying to scare us. I didn’t buy anything. All in all it was a bit frustrating. Didn’t enjoy the experience. Wouldn’t go back.

I am now a long time customer of the service department. I am always treated awesome. They fix my car right the first time. Getting to drive a new Lexas as a loner car is awesome. I even have my husband bring his Volvo here for service because Lexas service is so much better than the Volvo dealer down the street who couldn't get their own key fob working at 3 tries and 2 trips to the shop. My husband spent hours waiting while whey struggled with their own product and never got it working.
