We have leased or purchased 2 $100,000 Mercedes from said dealership. We love the vehicles but do not like the way the dealership and sales staff treated us on our last attempt at a purchase! We had many issues with our first vehicle and the service department manager!(2009) our second vehicle was delivered late and we requested a different sales person. We turned our vehicle in and the guy told us we were good to go no issues (lease) 3 weeks later we got a bill for $2500 dollars. I had to call the general manager and complain, he did retract the bill. We went back even with all the hassles and decided to get another Mercedes and felt like even though we had so many issues with them, that they actually had a problem with us!! Over priced the payment on our lease and when we weren't happy ( with the high lease price) and asked them to do better, they never called back!!! So we went to an independent sales guy and got that same car off the Mercedes lot for a way better price and had a very pleasant transaction. I am disappointed after spending so much money with this dealer ship that we could not have earned the respect to be treated fairly, just a transaction for them!

I want to give a "Big Thank You" to Greg Horton at Colorado Springs Mercedes Benz for his help in getting me and my wife into an new 2017 GLS 550. Greg is such a pleasure to work with and I can't recommend him highly enough. This is our second Mercedes and both were sold to us by Greg Horton. Worst auto repair service in town. Waste of money. Horrible repair and terrible customer service. they offer free look up but when car goes in the service area they show tens of problems and the worst parts is that they charge money for more mess up your car. I was there to repair something noise from suspension and they showed me five different other things needs to be done for security including wheel alignment. I did ok and they took my car until next day. Altogether I paid them $1,100.88. before i visited there one of my front tyre was reducing but after the service done one day noticed that my another tyre also reducing.I called couples of time left message but nobody call me back. Finally, i visited the workshop and showed my both reduced tyres because of the bad wheel alignment they did bofore. The man again offer me a free look up on next week but doesn't cover any repair works done before. So, why do I go there to destroy my car again. They are just vulture.

I called them to ask if they would work on my Mercedes unimog and he just said "no". He offered no explanation nor did he make any attempt to defer me to anyone else. I don't think a company which won't work on it's own products is a very good company. I understand that unimogs are specialty items but some explanation or guidance would have at least been helpful.

In our dealings with many car dealerships, I have to say that Mercedes-Benz of Colorado Springs has been such a pleasure to deal with!! From the moment we arrived until we drove our GLK 350 off the lot, our experience was very professional as well as personal. The associate that took care of us was very knowledgeable and helped us find the right car for our needs with no pressure to decide until we were certain of what we wanted. We would recommend Mercedes-Benz of Colorado Springs to anyone looking for great car buying experience!!!
