I had the pleasure to work with William Chavez at Bob Penkhus VW.  William was awesome. He is very knowledgeable about Volkswagen products and helped me to pick the best vehicle for my needs.  He was very honest about the pros and cons of various models and very respectful of my budget.   I was also happy to have the opportunity to work with a former US Army Veteran. William really takes integrity and service seriously!  I would highly recommend William to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle.

Customers get an outstanding experience every time they stop in! The dedicated staff ensures comfort in the large waiting room equipped with an array of snacks, television, magazines, and a courtesy shuttle all available free of charge! The highly trained mechanics treat cars with excellent care and even do a free multi-point inspection every time! If there are any issues or concerns that your assigned advisor can't fix, the service manager will take care of it himself. The sales department were equally outstanding! I felt like they listened to my needs and wants, and were honest and extremely helpful!

I recently purchased a new 2017 Tiguan Limited with the help of Becca Mitchell and it was such a fun and easy experience. She really listened to what I was wanting in a car and found a car based on my needs. Not once did I feel that she was just trying for the highest dollar sale. When it came time to actually purchase Becca and her colleagues were willing to work with my schedule and stayed late to get everything finalized. The entire experience was wonderful and everyone at Bob Penkhus was engaging and helpful. I would definitely recommend Becca and Bob Penkhus to anyone who was looking for a new car.

We bought a car in February and it was totaled a couple of months later.  We paid for the extended warranty but no one is willing to help us stop the warranty and get the money from the warranty on a car that is no longer driveable.  We were told is should be an easy process but apparently it is not.  It's hard to believe a dealership would care so little about customer service.   I do not recommend purchasing from them.

Had a very pleasant experience at Bob Penkhus. Jordan McManus was able to help me find the perfect vehicle and make the shopping process very simple. The rest of the staff at Bob Penkhus were also very easy to work with. I would recommend Jordan and Bob Penkhus for any of your future vehicle needs.
