Karl is the most professional sales rep I have ever dealt with. He makes sure all my needs were met when purchasing a new or used vehicle. We have now purchased 4 cars from Karl. As far as the service dept. they are prompt to let me know what services are due and they have a flexible schedule to meet our needs. They also recommend other services and don't push it on you. Ty was professional and accommodating to my service needs. He regularly communicated with me for status updates and called me with ETA of when my car would be ready so I didn't have to wait.

The staff are friendly and helpful. There's a nice waiting area with comfy chairs, coffee, and pastries. The services can be pretty expensive.

Worst sales ever! The sales rep Karl is a phony liar. We applied for a car that we wanted and the next day he sent me pictures to my phone saying here is your car congratulations. He also sent me the vin for insurance purposes.I have the texts to prove it! Later on in the week I received a call from him and the finance department telling me I was approved for a used car, a different car one I never saw or picked out, a car I never wanted nor did I even request. A car that is way over priced for being used. I didn't realize when you go to a dealership they pick the car of their choice that they think you want. So when I stated to the finance officer and Karl that I am confused and I was told I got approved for the one I chose I was yelled at and disrespected and was told " its not about what I want its about what I need". I am sorry I didn't realize that you had the authority to decide what I "need" considering I am the one making the payment. I am the customer they have no right to yell at me or disrespect me. Sales reps should NOT be allowed to give false information. Further more this place is horrible and I do not recommend them.

THE COLORADO LEMON LAW does not Apply to USED CARS: and Phil Long Kia counts on it! The car has had 3 power steering pumps replaced (with no significant improvement), Two o2 sensors were replaced, the back lock replaced (and no longer operational), check engine light remains lit, and the stability control light is on. The car was taken back to the dealership this last time to allow them one final chance to indemnify their valued customer completing the necessary repairs. (Seeing as they asked me to write this review, I finally obliged). THE ONE STAR RATING (wish it could be lower): I got a free oil change (or just a window sticker), a gift card for a free car wash and referral to get my car fixed at another dealership from Greg, the Phil Long Kia service manager. Phil Long Kia: Why do you sell cars and service contracts/coupons for vehicles that Greg and his team are unable to service? Is this best business practice you can offer to the military or anyone else?
