Must love Dogs!  I do and so do they.  Cruz runs the place when he's not visiting hospitals and schools, greeting me with the love only a Newfie can.  Everyone has been great here nearly all my adult life.  For one reason or another, if I wasn't on a motorcycle, I always end up buy vehicles here and never regret it, problems are not allowed to remain issues and I never have a problem getting a pleasant timely shuttle ride to or from.  Thanks Phil Long, I'm loving my New Used Truck!!!  I love that you always take great care of me too!  Blessings to All!!!

My wife and I went in looking to replace one car. We ended up upgrading both of our cars and Ford got us 0% interest rate for both vehicles. Colleen was so great during the purchase process and she demonstrated professional patience as my wife and I took time to look over each vehicle. Phil Long also answered all of our questions and assisted us with all of our inquires after we purchased the cars. My wife and I have been so happy with the customer service that we will come back even after the Army moves us away.

Was traveling in Colorado Springs. Booked an appointment for December 27th to have service done to my vehicle arrived to a rude greeting and the discussion in front of me as to who I "belonged" to once they decided who I should talk to they took me to his desk and said he'll be with you shortly.  He was on the phone.  I sat and watched him talk on the phone.  When he finally helped me I was informed that because of the holiday, many technicians had called in sick or just not come back and there was not enough people to work on my vehicle. He asked if I could leave it with him for the next week.  I left.  He called the next day saying he was trying to find time to work on it but just couldn't squeeze it in.    I mentioned to this gentlemen every time I spoke with him that I was traveling and this obviously was not a concern for him.

Not sure how there work is but if it's anything like their customer service you don't want to take your vehicle here anyway.

We had the best car buying experience ever the staff was really friendly and the guy that we worked with knew alot about the truck we got and we got a sweet deal.
