Wouldn't go anywhere else for a vehicle. Dustin was our salesman and was attentive to every need and want. Made sure we as a family were taken care of. As well the GM Mark Barton was amazing. Mark made sure to get us the best deals with the best rates in the exact vehicles we wanted. Dustin and Mark did so well we decided to go ahead and get the wife a vehicle with them as well rather than going anywhere else. They got her in exactly what she wanted which was much better than what we were going to get her. They made the whole buying experience fun and easy. Relaxed atmosphere and food and drinks while we worked the deal. Will go back for a low mileage gas saver soon. So our third car from Dustin and Mark. Won't shop anywhere else. Plus the selection is the best in the state. I was able to get a rare model truck that I'm not going to see every other person driving daily. Selection, process and the whole deal was our best car buying experience ever and we have unfortunately bought a lot of cars. But now we have found our home to get any future car. Won't shop anywhere else as long as Mark is the GM and top salesmen like Dustin. Highly recommend going to see Dustin Roberts the salesman. He care for the customer first and will work hard for your needs. Wouldn't want another salesman either. No pressure, just wants to get you what you want. If I could mark more stars for Phil Long Ford I would. Thank you all for everything.

I recently took my car in for some recalls and I just wanted to point out how satisfied I was from start to finish with the team at Phil Long Ford. From the very beginning I felt like royalty. Jordon took excellent care of me and made sure all my needs were met. The shuttle driver was exceptional and professional. I will continue to praise Phil Long Ford to my friends and relatives. Keep up the great work! Thank you for making me feel like a valued customer.

Went to the quick lane instead of Lincoln like I usually go because they didn't have an opening on Friday. They got me right in and treated me well. It was quick. Took around an hour. I was OK with that. Got in my car that has a tan leather and light wood interior and my steering wheel was covered in oil as well as the door handle and the carpet by the door sill. Costs the same as having a scheduled oil change at Lincoln with a car wash and vacuum. At least the oil was changed.

Went in for Oil Change. Received the works at discounted rate. This includes a tire rotation. However the tires were not rotated. Came back they fixed the issue and checked Oil levels again. Pete personally watched it get done and deliver truck over to used car lot where I was. That meant a lot for me. How to get five stars? When this happened I called but never received a call back from original associate apologizing and setting up new time to come in. They just said come in whenever and will fix it. No discount was offered for next visit either. I am considering going somewhere else next time.

Wonderful car buying experience. Dustin took the time to find out exactly what we were looking for and the found something to match our needs. He never tried to push something on us that was outside of that range, which is not common for most car dealerships. Shopping with ease!
