In December, 2015 I purchased a used 2004 BMW 645ci. The salesperson's name is Caleb. When I first contacted the dealership in November 2015 regarding the car, it was like playing cat and mouse. I emailed, and I called, and asked to speak with someone. I finally got in touch with Caleb via email, and asked him some fairly simple but direct questions about the cars condition. Being a BMW enthusiast who has owned this model, I am familiar with what problems to look for. Caleb said he would get me the answers to my questions. When I didn't get the answers, I inquired again, because I wanted to purchase the car. Since I was purchasing the car from the Southeast, I was relying upon Caleb to speak the truth about the cars condition. Finally, Caleb indicated that the car was in very good, condition and that there were no problems whatsoever with the engine, the electronics or any of the critical components or systems of the car. The CarFax was clean, and with Caleb's assurance that the car was in very good condition with no problems, I purchased the car. I had the car delivered to Atlanta, and when it got here, I was disappointed: Caleb had no spoken the truth. The right quarter panel was cracked from top to bottom, wheel wells were missing covers but worst of all the coolant pump, coolant hoses and the transmission did not work properly. In order to fix the coolant system issues, I'll end up spending $2,100. I'll need to replace the transmission with a rebuilt transmission, which will cost $4,800. If I had known that these problems existed, I would have negotiated to either have these items fixed, or negotiated a fair price given condition. In conclusion, you cannot trust this dealership, and you shouldn't, because as long as they employ salespersons like Caleb, who don't act honestly or speak the truth to customers, you will be taken advantage of and lose money in the process.

I went in there to look at a new car, told them my credit score, told them I had high mileage on my trade in (Honda Accord) and I told them what I owed on it. They assured me that they would work with me on what I was looking at despite what I had going on. I agreed to to fill out a credit application (keep in mind the sales man knew the exact miles on my car he went and inspected it) after they run my credit they tell me that they can't work with my car and they won't take it as a trade in. Seriously!!!!! So they did a hard credit check (which lowers your score, but all he had to say was "it's only a small percentage") They also wasted my time, and lowered my score. Don't let these people waste your time.

Everything started out fine. My wife and I went there on Labor Day to buy a truck. It was listed for $26,900. The next day after spending over $100 to get a third party inspection and finding out $800 worth of preventative maintenance was required, they decided to raise the price $2000 to $28,900 overnight like I wasn't going to notice. When I questioned it, they got really offended and assured me that they didn't control the prices and it was probably a one day sale. This place holds no integrity and does not care about customer service. I recommend to shop elsewhere other than "susspect superstore".

Best experience & Best Customer Service. The whole Team at Suss Superstore were friendly and wonderful to work with, overall the best buying experience. I would refer all my family & friends to Suss Superstore. They have a great selection and no Dealer Handling fees!! Great people to work with as well...
