Always a pleasure stopping in at Phil Long Audi. I recently purchased a 2017 A4 from David Perez and couldn't be happier about the transaction. David made it easy for me to find the car I was looking for and I never felt hassled or rushed. Matt and Pete also made the buying experience easy.  I highly recommend David if you're looking to purchase from this dealership.

I don't know where to start. First off, I was rushed through the sales process on my used car. I signed a paper with some put together numbers that we agreed on. Didn't sign any actual contract but next thing I know I was rushed into the finance office and they were congratulating me on my purchase. Sure, it's the car I wanted at the price I expected. But after driving it and realizing there's a ton of things wrong with the car I'm having a huge case of buyer's remorse. Not to mention, they slapped a temp tag on the car and let me roll off the lot without showing proof of insurance OR proof of income. No follow ups from anyone at the dealer and now I have a mailbox full of denial letters from 4 different banks. 

Thanks a lot, Phil Long. You lost a customer for life and I'll never refer anyone to you or your dealerships.

I bring my car here to be serviced even though I live in Denver. Justin in the service department is always great. He is very knowledgeable and friendly, and they can always get me an appointment in a timely manner.

I have never had such a terrible experience with this dealership. When they are taking your money it's all good. But once you need them to make good on their services due to a Total Loss situation they won't answer their phone or return a call to give an update on anything. I have been waiting for months for any type of update on a warranty refund, let me mind you they are the only ones that can cancel your warranty that is purchased through their dealership. I have left multiple messages with Drew the finance manager there because when I call and talk to others they tell me he is the only one that can help. For the last three months I've been told that I would get a call back from Drew from the front desk people to the general manager and have yet to hear anything back. I have had to make a car payment on a vehicle I no longer have because of the lack of customer service in the finance department or any other department to include the management. I am in shock we have bought three vehicles from this dealership and this is obviously not the service I expect when I need information from them. I will no longer buy from Phil Long Audi because they are only there when a sales transaction is being made but when a customer needs them to come through on their promise made at the time of purchase no one can give you answers.
