Horrible grooming service. Joey store manager is Rude said my dog is aggressive( German shepherd) is why probably he only likes little dogs which are the agreesive ones. He stopped my dog from being groomed and had to pay for a service that was not complete. They muzzeled him and left marks on his face and didn’t rinse him causing rash. Never had a issue before and he’s almost 6 years. Had to pay for his vet bill that was caused by them and they could care less. PetSmart should not be allowed with animals or sell them. Can’t believe this now he gets all worked up when he goes into the store and has anxiety attacks from them doing whatever they did. Don’t go here think if that was you. They even told me to saddate my dog. Can you believe that. That can cause a heart attack or more. I have no other words for this service.

I can not be more disappointed ! WORST WORST grooming experience, they didn't follow instructions, they did the tottally opposite as we told them. My poor dog looks extremely bad ! Thanks guys for ruin my family Christmas pictures and cards ! NEVER EVER AGAIN ! Hire professional groomers the consumer deserve to have quality services.

I’ve visited the Petsmart in Wintergarden and needed to buy some aquarium supplies. Several of the water filters have been misplaced in the row. I got to the register and the item rang up for about $14 more. Naturally I was a little bit frustrated however a cashier by the name of Emily, got out of the register and actually checked the prices and she saw that they were misplaced. Rather than just give me a sorry sorry you’re out of luck, she took the time and actually honored the price to reflect the price as advertised in the aisle. More retail stores need to have best practices Such as those that Emily possessed. I just want to say good job to her and I had an amazing experience because of her

If I could give a negative review I would. I decided to stop by to buy my cat food instead of stopping at Publix because I was thinking that it will be a quick short stop since it's a pet store. I went and got the food in less than 3 minutes got in line at around 4 03 p.m. and I just left it is 4:18 p.m. I would have been out faster if the relief cashier actually took the people who were next. Instead she allowed people from behind me to go to her. Even when I voiced my disapproval of the situation which I said in a calm voice, I am looked at by the customers in disapproval. I have 4 customers check out before me that arrived after just because they arrive arrived the cashier called them to her way. I was not about to be rude and say no I am next. Never again will I shop there. A 5 minute stop turned into a 20 minute stop for slow, and incompetent service!
