I ordered prints to be picked up in an hour, as advertised. When I went in they said they wouldn't be ready until the next day. Since it was only six pages I asked if they could just print them really quick and the woman flat out REFUSED. I was shocked how rude she was and will never go back.

This store is located at Winter Garden Village. Easy free parking. Very pleasant experience with kind, helpful and great Costumer Service.

Horrible customer support. There's this bearded guy in the copy center and his sole purpose in life is to try the hardest not to help a single customer. If you don't approach him he will never realize that you're stuck and need help, even if you're the only guy there.

Worst Place to go to get office supplies. Staff wasn't helpful. I had boxes of printer paper sealed with Staples Logo on them. They were bought long time ago so I lost the receipt. We used one and had to return 2 boxes and Manager told me that there is no proof that you bought it from us. They refunded me half price. I told him what bigger proof he wants that boxes are sealed in Staples boxes. He cared less.
