It's a great place if you love Elvis. I appreciated all the Elvis details. However the peeling ceiling (popcorn) concerned me especially in the restroom, the ventaliation did not work, the rooms had a damp smell, it's difficult to be comfortable if you have allergies. Bring your own towels for sure, the towels were as course as sandpaper. The complimentary breakfast was great. The staff is kind and helpful. ELVIS movies played by request. Great location, walking distance to Graceland. Over all I would return but I'd request a better room.

Being that it is across the street from Elvis' home, I was expecting much more.  The memorabilia in the lobby is great, and the guitar pool is cool, but that's about where it stops.  The rooms were clean.  The TV wiring was embarrassing, and a power strip was fastened to the wall under it.  The entry door was missing its seals, so you could see a half inch of daylight coming in under the door, and could hear anything being said or going on outside (including the birds chirping bright and early in the morning).  The breakfast had waffles and toast and oatmeal, but no proteins or fruits.  If you're on the second floor, plan on carrying your luggage up a flight of stairs.

While on our flight to Memphis, I received an Email stating that the reservation for my stay had been cancelled, after arriving at Memphis International Airport, I called and was informed, rudely,  that my room was still available and my Credit Card had already been charged. 

 Upon arrival at the Hotel, It was immediately apparent that we did not want to stay in the facility.  It was somewhat a dump, although fenced, it did not feel safe, appear safe and again, the staff not pleasant.  

I was charged for the room, however we found other accommodations that were safe, secure and beautiful (The Guesthouse at Graceland) within a block of the Days Inn, at a very reasonable rate (plus the cost of the Days Inn Room).

Cute hotel. Maid was a wonderful gal who did her job well. The room is a bit dated and  the whole hotel could use some TLC, with that being said, there are no bugs or creepy crawlers in the room, the bed was comfy, fridge and microwave in rooms, it's walking distance to Graceland, has a good hot breakfast each morning, and the staff is very nice.

Only stay here if you're on a budget. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The motel is right next to Graceland, literally walking distance which was really nice. They do serve breakfast in the morning. The actual motel/hotel itself is in serious need of updating. It smelled so horrible very musty and old, outlets were falling out of the walls, the TV took at least an hour to figure out how to change the channel.(they at least had forensic files) The bathroom is really small and outdated. Bathroom linen felt like it hasn't been washed in a year. And you can literally hear everything, especially if you get a room by the stairs you'll hear people up and down them all night long. People above/below you in their rooms, people outside, cars, sirens birds in the morning. If you're a light sleeper, not for you. You get what you pay for.
