Nice, gated parking, friendly staff

The room I'm in, once you get past the door has been very nice. The door doesn't like to close, but locks securely when it does. However, the wait staff while not verbally abusive, have no desire to help, with the exception of one lady whose name I can't remember. The continental breakfast is free but has almost nothing for a vegetarian except cereal and the milk was going bad yesterday morning. The internet here is spotty' at best. The TV has been nice, and all room's have a fridge and microwave, which has been useful. Don't expect any rides from the shuttle except to get to the hotel and to get to the airport. They will pick you up anywhere within several miles of here, but won't take you down the street to pick up medicine, forcing me to walk through the blistering summer heat. They did however come to pick me up. Why they couldn't take me there to begin with defies description as there is literally no additional work involved.

Dump. Stay literally anywhere else. Booked a suite - drove 9 hours with 3 kids to arrive and they didn't have the room avaliable that we had already paid for. The non-phased attendant offered 2 queen room, which we hesitantly accepted. Wrong choice. Should have just slept in the car. The first light I attempted to turn on was broken... does this room not come with electricity? The non-smoking, 2 queen room is actually a smoking, 2 FULL bed room with half-pillows (have you ever slept with a half-pillow?!)... who knew they made those. If you can look past the stained and sticky walls with god knows what (seriously though, WHAT is the stuff splattered on the walls and lamp shade?), the spotty wifi, and the staff who don't know if there will be breakfast (?!!) ... I guess I might give it 2 stars.

Great peaceful place to be ............super clean and fresh room air even on the smoker room. First time in my experience that I had a great rest.......want to mention the lovely and delicious breakfast from variety to the super size. You have to try this place ........ thanks Country Hearth!

My friend and I decided to book this hotel because of price because we didn't need anything fancy. Boy were we wrong. We got there and the staff were rude. There was no small talk, not even a smile. Even though they didn't have a pool, they offered wifi and a free breakfast. The wifi was spotty and the breakfast was pitiful. There was only 2 choices of cereal, a handful of mini muffins, sausage and gravy (with no biscuits) and only a choice between coffee and orange juice. When we checked out, they didn't even bother to ask how our stay was. Last time I stay here!!
