Before I state how I feel, I would like to state facts. I drove from Milwaukee to Memphis for my birthday. After such a long drive I walked into a room with a king bed not made and dirty towels on the floor. The front desk agent switch me to a room with two queen bed (I booked a king bed). When I walked into the second room it was even worse. The toilet had urine stains, the wall panel behind the toilet was falling off, there was a empty mountain dew bottle on the dresser, miscellaneous strains all over the place and the beds were made very poorly. I then reached out to the front desk agent who laughed about the situation and offers me a third option. I switched my room a third time which was better but still had issues. The beds was again made poorly still and there was missing decor, but no questionable strains... I totally understand if you pay McDonald's price you get McDonald's results. However, I still require a clean sanitary place to get rest. Word of mouth is one thing but I have pictures. I hope the owner doesn't allow poor staffing to ruin his/her investment.

Was very leary to stay in this hotel because of the horrible reviews but it wasn't all that bad. Ours rooms weren't too bad but if you are wanting impeccable clean Tastefully decorated rooms this hotel is not for you. I was very concerned about the security of the parking lot before we arrived but they now have a security guard that patrols the lot constantly. Improvements that could be made would be a better continental breakfast and a smoking area outside with seating. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Two nights, $88 total off of hotel app. You kidding me? Was better than expected. There were no bugs and clean thank you guys!. So the AC smelled when the condenser wasn't on. So does yours at home. Still gets 5 stars from this kid.

Pretty ghetto here but I guess it's cheap. Our door didn't completely close by itself like a normal hotel door should. We were gone for the entire day and when we got back to our room the door pushed right open. I made sure it was shut when we left so the cleaners had left it that way. That's a huge deal I feel. I usually hang the do not disturb tag so no one goes in anyways but there wasn't one. I let the front desk know and they seemed as little concerned as I expected they would. No apology. They told me they'd put a work order in.

We visited this hotel in order to get away from Hurricane Irma and were very disappointed - the photos online look nothing like the real hotel. They must have been taken many years ago because all the furnishings looked very old and the lighting throughout the hotel was yellow low light so you really couldn't see all the flaws. Our room was just ok as far as being clean and the beds were comfortable but the furnishings really needed up-dating and the room needed a new paint job.The breakfast was second rate compared to other hotels like La Quinta and Best Western (Magnuson charges similar prices). The only hot food they has was Biscuits with sausage gravy and the little muffins and sweet rolls were always wet(as if they were frozen and left to thaw out).There was nothing "Healthy for breakfast here" Also there were many flies in the breakfast room. However the staff was nice and helpful but - - We will not stay here again.
