This place is a mix of past and present and not in the best way. Why do you still accept cash deposits? Why is there no mini fridge?Why aren't their any rooms with an option for a Queen bed. Why was this place renovated in 2016 but clearly looks as if some things were chosen to be left alone? Why isn't there a remote control for the TV? Also, Why did you knowingly give me a room where the cable has been out all day? Come here empty handed and ready to sleep. It is the only thing to do.

The hotel was beautiful and they gave us a room with a drop of a hat notice. Gwendolyn and Cassandra at the front desk were so sweet, hospitable and made us feel at home. Mr. Tim in maintenance was so helpful and done everything we needed. I would definitely recommended this hotel to anyone. Clean, beds comfy and wonderful staff.

Stayed here weekend of Southern Heritage Classic, as this was a designated host hotel. Staff was friendly, especially evening bartender Friday night. Breakfast buffet was convenient. Close to Liberty Bowl Memphis Stadium and 10-15 minutes from downtown Memphis. Overall nice surprise and weekend pricing for event was good.

DONT STAY THERE!!! Dining staff was great at breakfast!. The rest was terrible. Where do I start.. several of us were there. Rooms dirty, half either had no refrigerator or microwave. The lady at the front desk was the rudest hotel clerk i have ever met(the one with the red topped hair), calls me in the middle of the night after I have been there a week saying they all of the sudden can't find my card on file and it can't wait until morning. Talks to me like a child. You don't pay a hotel to tell you what to do. Funny thing is that most of the hotel was empty and we were going to keep about 20 rooms booked for the next several months, not anymore. She did not care that we are not staying there anymore. Also got trapped in an elevator between floors, the alarm did not work and I had to force the door open and lower down an elderly lady in there with me. No one at the desk did anything. They lost a ton of business from me. No customer service....not professional. It is like getting snowballed from your cousin..may look good on the outside but the bad taste stays with you forever.

Huge establishment. Loved the fact that since the fitness room was down for remodeling, I was able to get ample walking in, to include stairs. Desk staff was friendly. Building a little old. Parking was fine. Hallway wasn't noisy. Room was clean. Hotel is located within walking distance of Catfish Cabin (Good food choice).
