Excellent staff. Nice rooms, pretty spacious. Great shower. Walking distance to Graceland but there’s a shuttle too! We would stay here again if we ever make it back to Memphis. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great hotel, very clean. If you go to Memphis you have to stay here at least once. The staff was great. The reason for the 3 star rating is if you go to the LOBBY BAR don't pay with cash cause the bar tender likes to get his own tips out of your change. Went into the bar 3 different times and didn't get the correct change back.

Tried to leave a day early but was told the hotel would still charge us for the day we were going to miss - even with 24 hour notice.
Front desk staff are rude. Nothing to do in area beside Graceland.
Stay close to Beale St. And just visit this area for the Grace land tour.

Returned 41 days ago...hotel has still not refund the $150 cash deposit left on our room. Eight messages left with Mrs Brown in accounts and two to general manager...no phone calls returned.

Our stay here has been great. We loved that it's pet friendly. There is always something going on the the evening like an Elvis movie, live music, or karaoke. The restaurant has great food, the room was comfy, and the staff was pleasent enough. The only small problem was, when we got to our room, we realized it wasn't cleaned after the last person. We never said anything because we didn't have time to, so we just dealt with it. We also asked for extra towels and never received them. This is a great place, and I'm sure this was just an accidental oversight.

The Guest House at Graceland is wonderful.  The staff were very friendly and extremely courteous and helpful.   Great food at the restaurants.  The rooms are spacious and clean. Love the decor.    The showers are awesome. Perfect location.  A short walk to Graceland.  Would highly recommend this hotel.
