My daughter wanted her first car for herself and I told her to talk with Eric at Dells Auto.  It was one of the best suggestions I ever had for her.  She loved the experience, the car, the value, and now 6 months later the car has had no issues and she still loves it.  I will always go back to Dells Auto.  Eric is an honest salesman I would trust completely and Bob the owner stands behind the products.  Thanks guys for a fantastic experience.

I went there and told there where I wanted to get the loan from.  I told them only run it by that bank.  Not only did they not run it by that bank, they got my credit score ran twice by two places I told them not to apply for a loan from.  Before they did anything I asked if I could go talk to my personal loan officer, and they basically told me they could get a better deal then him.  Well, I will look else where for my vehicles.

Eric took care of me when I was looking for a very specific vehicle. He had it on his lot in no time! 10/10, would definitely shop again!

Lemons is what they sell.. BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM HERE. YOU'LL BE SORRY THEY KNOW HOW TO SCREW PEOPLE.  

Well I just got off the phone with the owner. And I found out that they did not even change the oil on my car. The mechanic does not even have a license to work on cars. I've only had my car a week. Since then my blower fan, has went out, had to have my car serviced, upon inspection the mechanic noticed all for my tires have broke belts in them and I had to replace all 4 tires and also told me that I needed to have my rear differential and front differential oil changed and I called Dells to see if they would help with some of the cars new cost of current repairs.  they more or less told me to stick it where the sun don't shine they don't have to do anything. Pat told me thier job is to sell cars. They don't have to worry about any repairs once it leaves the lot. NO MATTER IF IT HAPPENS AT THE STOP SIGN OR   

REAL CON ARTISTS AT WORK OVER HERE.

Worst customer service I have ever received while trying to buy a vehicle! Don't feel it's appropriate for any salesman to raise his voice with a customer when they are just asking honest questions about a vehicle that prior to that, we were very interested in purchasing. Especially when there are other customers in the office. Not sure what they feel they will accomplish by yelling at customers.  I have stopped at many dealerships, and NEVER have I seen service this bad!
