The Denver East/Strasburg KOA is open all year. We are right off I-70 in the little town of Strasburg. Camp, 35 miles east of Denver, and feel safe outside the big city. Be sure to check out our website for more info.
Welcome to the gateway to Denver and the Rocky Mountains. This KOA on the eastern plains offers long, level pull thrus for big rigs or the family trailer, as well as Deluxe Cabins, Camping Cabins and tent sites with electric. Soak in the adults-only hot tub or relax in the heated pool (both seasonal). Enjoy the game room, basketball, horseshoes and bike rentals. Watch free cable TV or access the Internet free with Wi-Fi. This KOA, conveniently located in the Denver area, gives you easy access off I-70 to Denver International Airport and regional activities. Visit the zoo, Elitch Gardens theme and water park, Downtown Aquarium, Water World and Boondocks Fun Center. Tour the Denver Museum of Nature & Science, Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum, Colorado History Museum and Coors Brewery. KOA is open year-round, but office hours are reduced in the winter. Treat yourself to a pizza dinner, ice cream dessert in the parlor or a cup of java in the Koffee Shop. Let your dog run in the pet park.
