So I’ve never owned a Toyota but I went in knowing exactly what I wanted to test drive. Our salesman Antoine was super nice, layed back and not pushy at all...which was definitely a breath of fresh air. I had already been to several other dealerships with no luck getting what I needed. Antoine answered all our questions with confidence and got me exactly what I wanted. So I left there that night with my brand new car! Everything about our experience was great, from the test drives, the paperwork to signing! I’m definitely impressed with Dick Dyer Toyota’s customer service and look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

Had a great experience buying a used car with Dennis.  He was upfront and trustworthy!  Also dealt with the used car manager, who was very friendly along with the finance manager.  I felt like they were all honest and not giving us the runaround.  This was my first time shopping at Dick Dyer, and I will definitely return for my next car!

Dwight was great, we kept going between New and used, Toyota vs another car. He found the perfect car for me. Got good deal, great financing. I will be back for my next car.

While I ended up purchasing my vehicle elsewhere, I have to compliment the kindness of their service department staff. We rode in on a flat 30 minutes before closing with no appointment just emergency since we were headed out of town. Not only did the service advisor help us get everything sorted with my tire coverage and finding an equivalent in house, the service department got it on and took the time to put my car through the wash. I couldn't believe they'd take the extra time at closing to wash it, especially a Friday night.

It was really great to work with Dwight while trying to determine the best car option for our family and a difficult situation.  He was VERY patient and kind and offered his advice when asked—and it was GREAT advice!  Many thanks to Dwight—and to Teresa at the reception desk who was always so friendly and helpful as I returned several times (and called several times) before making a purchase. The sales associates who filled in for Dwight when he was not in were also very pleasant and helpful as well.  I am already back asking Dwight for more options for cars for other family members! What a great sales associate and team!!
