Galeana is the only dealership I have purchased & traded vehicles with for over 15 years.  Have all servicing done with Galeana as well.  Have dealt with Kevin Cook for years for all my servicing and he always provides top-notch customer service.  I have always been pleased when I get my car back after any servicing or repair work. Use the Express Lane when needing regular service (oil change, etc.).  They have a great staff that provides quality service and have you on the road in little time.  My experiences with Galeana keep me coming back and recommending them to others!

Edit - 2/22/18 - I received a response below from Galeana. 
Yes, it is in a different name - my husband's. I DID call the dealership this morning because after your service department having the Jeep for a week straight to fix the A/C (Got it back Monday. Should have gotten it back last Friday but your mechanics didn't know why it was still blowing out hot air so they kept it three more days just to find out that they never hooked the vents back up!) the "Check Engine" light is back on. When I called I was told I needed to talk to a customer relations rep. I have talked till I was blue in the face to the entire chain of command there so I requested instead, to speak to whomever is over the dealership. After some back-and-forth about it, I was finally transferred to Mr. Rhodes' voicemail. That was around 10 am. Of course, I have heard nothing back. It's now 6:48 pm. 
My original review:
This has been the absolute worst car buying experience I have ever had. We bought a vehicle around mid-December. It had some issues but they were all too happy to charge us to "fix" them and sell us an extended warranty. Since then it has been back to the service department FIVE times and it is only the middle of February. I am not talking about quick service issues either. When I have to take it back it is a week or two at a time. The service department has had my vehicle in its possession more than I have. I barely get to drive it a week before another issue comes up that was supposedly fixed. I am exhausted from the back-and-forth with their service department. I will never recommend this dealership for the simple fact that if you were to ever have any issues with your vehicle, you will be officially screwed.

Excellent service with Brett Page from start to finish. I had no plans to get a new car and drove out the next day with something that was safer, modern and what I wanted. Top class. Myran and Tom Cunningham were also amazing. If anyone is in the market for a vehicle you have to come get it from Brett Page by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with. Will take His time to work with you and make sure all needs are satisfied.

MY husband and I came in on Jan. 27th and was introduced to Brett Page.  He is knowledgeable about the vehicle and took his time to answer all of our questions.  We haven't purchased in a very long time and the steps to purchase a new vehicle was  explained and demonstrated to us very thoroughly.  We would highly recommend anyone to deal with Brett. 
We would like to thank him very much for everything he did today.

I would highly recommend Galeana to anyone in SC Bobby and Earl are very professional and are not pushy at all! My wife and I walked in a knew what we wanted and Bobby went above and beyond my expectations. Do yourself a favor go to Galeana ask for these two you won’t be disappointed
