I wouldn't give this place 1 star but it wouldn't let me post without it!! The worst experience of my life I wish I can return the car and walk away. The customer service sucks and they will shut the car off without considering what the customer is going through. The car broke down and while I waited for the car to be fixed I wasn't offered a rental or a loner or anything and I had just purchased the vehicle. The only reason I still have it is because the other dealerships I've been to won't trade it because it's not worth the amount left on it. Please Please Please don't shop with them!!! You will regret it!!!!

Purchased my vehicle from Fred Davis. I got a nice great 2013 Chrysler 200 and my credit ia horrible so I know they can help anyone. I love it. And they real cool people. Shop with Fred Davis

Hello All! I purchased my vehicle in February of 2017 and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. I thank God for blessing me to have an awesome salesman who wasn't all about the numbers, and getting what was in my pocket. Vick Flemings was a great salesman. He went over and beyond to ensure that I drove off the lot with the car I desired in addition to negotiating the payments that best fit my financial needs. I know it's a hit or miss when purchasing cars at these different dealerships, but I also had to take in consideration that I had a repossession on my credit. So I know it wasn't nobody but the man upstairs that help orchestrate things the way He did. My car was brought from Charleston.... So I truly believe that's customer service at it's best.

LMAOO!!!! Then the response email is FAKE!!!Bad credit dont give invitations to being ripped off@David V. David V i have great credit. This place lacks at all phases.@Daniel V.DONT GO THERE. CAR GOT TRACKER THAT WILL TURN CAR OFF IF 4 DAYS LATE.MAKES NOISE EVERY DAY TILL PAYMENT PAYED. EMBARRASSING! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!Folks GO TO A LEGIT DEALERSHIP!!!!! WE BETTER WAKE UP. TRUMP STYLE BUSINESS. Total disgrace. Me nor my family or friends will ever deal with this place. I regret it every minute that i financed a vehicle with them. Its sad. Buyer beware there is a tracker on the car and it turns your car off after 4 days late. Car is worth 4600 and they charged 11000 plus interest.ALLISON is her name. She is sickening and rude. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

My experience was awful got a car I was excited for but the next week car issue. I been to six different mechanic Us auto has responded so my car isn't fix yet almost 5months and will not do a trade and  they know the car is having issues smh.😒😒😔💩
