My friend is on the third battery of only a five-year-old car. The Interstate battery is supposed to be a 7-year battery. He barely got 2 1/2 years. The dealership has a full replacement up to two years. I contacted Bill, the Service Manager, I explained that my friend has been a loyal customer, he bought this car new from their dealership, and has his service and required maintenance with them as well. After Bill and I spoke and he was made aware of the situation, he was kind and did not charge my friend on this replacement, when he actually could have. I recommend them, as they care about their customers!

Johnny and the Staff at Fred Anderson were wonderful to work with. They understood my families needs and met every one of them. They were sincere in their passion to serve their customers well, you don’t find that to often in a dealership. Leaps and bounds above the rest. Thank you for your hospitality.

I had a very excellent experience with David Steffen at this dealership and I would tell all to check him out. This Man work to take care of his family. However He worked for me as well and it wasn't just about making a sale He really made it happen on my behalf. Thanks agai n and will do any car business in the future with him. I will take that 1hour drive very nice man.

I went in to sell my CTS-V that I was extremely attached to. There was absolutely no pressure to sell and Dave was very helpful. They offered me the best price out of 3 different dealerships I went to. If you are looking to sell a car to a dealership hassle free give these guys a shot. Talk to Dave.

Dishonest service advisers. I recently (2.16.18) brought my car in for a recall service (Takata airbag inflators). I dropped the car off the evening of 2.16.18, and was informed that it should be ready in the morning (2.17.18), and I would receive a call around 9 am. I did not receive a call. I called the service department at 10 am and was informed that my car was ready for pick up. I went to pick up my car and was told that it was not ready, and it would be at least another hour and a half. Due to my availability on that Saturday, I could not come back during that day to get the car (which is specifically why I called initially to ensure it was ready). I asked if there would be someone at the dealership on Sunday for me to pick up my car since it was needed on Monday, and the adviser informed me that someone from Sales would be there, and they can leave the key with Sales for me. I show up Sunday at Noon, and no one is there. The only reason I was able to get the car was due to a spare key. I left messages with both the service and sales departments to receive a call back on Monday. It is almost noon, and I have yet to receive a call, so I called them, and have yet to be able to speak with a service adviser regarding my paperwork and key they have. Not once, but twice during this interaction has the service team at Fred Anderson Toyota blatantly lied. If you are willing to go to this dealership, I highly suggest not trusting anything they say, unless you have it in writing. Needless to say, I will not return.
