Customer service is fine, but they should really tell the full truth. The prices online for the monthly payments do not apply to people who have BAD OR NO CREDIT. This company is catering to a population that they know they can rip off. They advertise to those who have bad or no credit, but those folks cannot get any of the HIGHER end vehicles off the lot. You have to have a credit score of 700 or above to drive off the lot with a 2012 FORD F150 and it is not even NEW. This is a used car dealership that needs to do better with its target market and population.

Great experience. Helped me find a good bank to finance the car I was about to purchase. The dealer let me survey the car to make sure there was anything seriously wrong with the car and he was willing to make sure that I got a car for a great price.

so glad we didn't waste our time based on the reviews. but my boyfriend's dad stopped by to check out a truck that seemed pretty promising. good looking truck, great price, monthly payments were right where we wanted to stay. they were very sketchy about giving any kind of info about the truck, like previous owner, if it had been in any accidents. when the sales person was asked about the undercoating on the truck, the sales guy said that that was what they did with all of their vehicles. what else are they hiding??? run.

The owner and Lance are shady people. I bought a car for my son at the end of July. The engine was gone by October. Only paid two payments on the car and they would not trade the car out because we inform the finance company of what was going on.Make it so bad even the sales person Lance agree that they  sold me a lemon car. To the owner and salesperson (Lance) be mindful how you treat people. Galatians 6:7 “Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.”

I found a 2014 Honda CRV online.  I called and spoke with Lance.  He is great answered all of my questions and had the vehicle pulled up front for us when we got there.  My wife loved the vehicle and Lance helped us knock out all the paper work in no time at all.  Great overall experience!!!
