Terrible experience. I called to confirm that they would be able to remove the power seat in my Colorado and do an interior detailing after I spilled dog food between the passenger seat and console. I was assured this would not be an issue and received a full quote. Upon dropping my truck off for the weekend they notified me they could not remove the dog food as they could not remove the seat and move the truck despite previously agreeing to this and the service notes describing the exact situation. Upon going to get my keys the only person who seemed concerned was the cashier (penny) and she tried to get me to a customer sales representative who was to busy to talk. I was planning on buying a new truck from Loves but I will never do business again with them.

I always get great service! Kate and Tim keep me up to date are the progress of the work getting done. They give a full explanation of the price and the work that needs to be done. I refer all my friends to Love Chevrolet.

Michael Saxon was so nice, cool and laid back to work with. He was honest, fun and made my car shopping experience awesome. John Warndorf was nice and kind he made the finance part quick and stress free. The atmosphere at Love Chevrolet was friendly and I had a great customer service experience. Thanks.

Oh yeah, you are so pleasant and nice. But at the same time dishonest. Please don't believe the other reviews. They are either friends of the employees or the employees themselves! 

I cannot believe you guys sold a car with a bad transmission to us. Before we consider the car, we literally begged you guys to make sure the car was in good condition because it would be driven by our college child. We were told today that the transmission will need to be replace soon and it will cost over $3k. Shame on you! Shame on you! How dare you commit such a disgraceful act toward a customer who could have chosen another dealership, but chose instead we trusted you.
