Such a great experience!! Customer service was A+, specially Sarai. We were there for around 4 hrs trying to figure out how to manage our accounts, changing plans and getting new phones. She had so much patience with us and was very honest about every question we asked, really grateful for her help. She is awesome.

This is the worst store I ever had the misfortune to visit. I lost my iphone 6s @9AM at the retail store they stated can't use my old iphone 5 so I purchaced a temp samsung & walked out, but soon relized I couldnt receive incomming calls. several calls to the store with no answer I went back. They stated they installed the wrong SIM card and stated they wanted to give me a temp # because it would take 3 days for TMOBIL to fix the problem.  They can have their cheap phone back, & i will port all numbers and hotspots to AT&T on Monday.

Today we switched from Verizon. When we went in we had to wait because there was a new team member who wasn't finished training yet so there were only 2 people who could help. Anyways, Francisco, the manager helped us. We almost walked after telling us something about switching over that another store did not inform us about, but Francisco gave us a discount and made it right. We got it all figured out and we are very satisfied with the service. All the team members were friendly and professional. Glad we came to this location today.

Rarely am I able to get my questions answered here. I think they might have a high turnover rate. If you need something in that immediate area it works, but I like the help at the other nearby stores better. I have gone to the Superstition Springs store to avoid the mistakes I have run into several times before.

Went here looking to switch to t mobile and open a line I wanted  the Samsung galaxy s 7 they were out of stock. So I settled on the LG v 20 as I go to checkout the sales rep who couldn't tell  me anything about half of the phones  knew very little about their product told me it was gonna be 380$ down 30$ activation 25$ for a new  SIM card wtf? Plus tax for a whopping 486$ I asked him if different phones would  be less of a deposit because I really needed a phone and it was too late to go anywhere else we tried and every phone short of a flip phone was outrageously expensive of a deposit I thanked him for his time and left next day I go to costco and went to their wireless area just for kicks nd giggles expecting to pay the same outrageous deposit. Instead I am out the door with the phone I wanted a 300$ Samsung gear camera they had a promo going, a portable charger, and a 25$ Costco  rebate all for 46$ sales tax. What happened to the 25$ SIM card and 30$ activation fee I wonder  if it was that stores policy and if the sales rep was getting commission on that  or the SIM card fees. Save yourself a bunch of money and get a bunch  of stuff and go to costco if you can if not just stay away from this store everything about it sucks the lay out, the employees, the inventory, the fees 

I really  hope this helps people staying away from this store after  going to costco and finding out the activation and SIM card fee are phony and unnecessary I felt so bad for the dad and daughter that came in while I was at that store and got charged the extra 50$ to add his daughter to his plan disgusting
