These guys are great!! They really take care of their customers. My car was missed while in line to be worked. Josh made it right by making sure my tires were good and I was taken care of at a discounted rate. Thank you discount tire and Josh for all your help! I will recommend you to everyone I know. I've been a loyal customer of Discount for a while now. This place runs like clockwork. The system they have runs like a Swiss watch. The tires are a damn good price, the service is super, they don't mess around, you are in & outta there in a hurry. Terrific customer service. But tires from discount, they put em on, AND remind you to come back in once & a while fora FREE air pressure check and tire rotation. No hassle. Pro-tip, bring em donuts. That's how I roll. Any guys who are working on cars are gonna love it when you bring em donuts. This location & crew on university & Val vista in Mesa are top notch and firing on all cylinders. Thanks Josh & Jesse!

I’ve always had great experiences at Discount Tire but this location is especially understanding and kind. They recently broke one of the plastic parts on my hubcap and offered to go 50/50 on a whole new set for me after they couldn’t find me a replacement (that would have been complimentary). They’re always super quick with appointment services as well. Thank you guys for everything!

My past experience with fixing tire issues was at Wal-Mart tire center and an issue which usually takes a day ended up taking 4 due to poor communication and forgetting an order. My experience here turned out to be excellent. I called before and was given information about the possibilities. Upon arriving the employee I spoke with got right down to work and within literally 5 minutes my car was being worked on. They patched my tire and that was it. They even did a complimentary pressure reader change. All free. Even the tires they offered in case I needed one were affordable and available. I've no reason to go anywhere else.

Great service! They are very professional and direct with what needs done each and every time I go there. They know their products well and always have a solution to fix whatever issue has come up. They are also understanding of people on a budget. I see myself as a lifelong customer to Discount Tire. If you haven't already, give them a try for your auto/tire needs.
