On a completetly different rating, my boyfriend and I are REALLY disapointed with this CARRIER/PHONE PROVIDER.
Worst by far for service in the local area, in buildings, outskirts of town, out of town and state.
Our bill is around $220 a month for 2phs., why shouldn't we have excellent SERVICE by T-MOBILE NETWORK!? Uhm..yeah. For that amount, YES, we could switch to a better service but we get treated like we should instores vs. Other competitors.
T-MOBILE! PLEASE! UPGRADE YOUR AREA NETWORKS/service or stop charging everyone what Verizon can give us.

These guys were very professional and easy to deal with. The last time I was in a phone store it took hours. Today was less than 15 minutes. They knew exactly what I was talking about when they pulled up my account. I appreciate the fast service and the professionalism

Best place to go with any questions with your T-Mobile phone or account. The staff is always happy to see you when you walk in.

Extremely helpful and knowledge guys, made my switch from Verizon very quick and easy. No over hyped sales guys trying to push every little thing on you.

They will lie to your face. They will charge you service and upgrade fees and say its standard. If you do it online, there are no upgrade fees for new phones. When I came back and questioned it, they refused to refund and came clean (said it was to pay for rent). I had to call Tmobile customer service and they were more than helpful. Stay away. Dishonest location.
