Took my car in because during an oil change and tire rotation at a dealership they decided not to put my tire on properly and I drove off. Had to go back to the dealership because I was literally missing two lug nuts. They put my tire back on and said everything was fine. I took it to Discount to get a second opinion and they got me in quickly even though they were super busy. I was there with both my kids and they understood the stress and anxiety I had just went through. They found out the holes on my tire wear damaged and I needed to contact the dealership. Great customer service!

Great service. Went there after a day of wheeling. One of our jeeps in our group cought a nail. They fixed the tire and aired up not only that Jeep's tires but everyone in the group.

I was pretty underwhelmed with the customer service at this location.  I called ahead of time to see if there was a specific tire in stock for my GF's car.  We arrived within 20 minutes and found the same gentleman we spoke to on the phone.  Typically when I go to Discount, the first thing the customer service people do is walk out to your car to verify make and model, mileage, and tread depth.  The rep did none of these.  His second misstep was during checkout, when he gave us the total.  I did the math in my head, and it was about $100 high.  I asked why, he replied "for the certificates".  No further explanation.  I asked if it was some warranty and he replied yes.  He didn't even ask if we wanted the tire warranty.  The GF agreed to pay for it when we came back, but she decided after she didn't want them.  When we informed him of that upon our return to pick up the vehicle, he took the warranty off, took the CC info down, and handed us the keys.  I stood there for a minute, and watched as other reps brought people's cars up to them.  I paused, then politely asked if her car was in back and he simply replied, "yes".  At that point we just walked out.  Maybe the rep was just having a bad day, I don't know.  But it left me with a pretty bad taste in my mouth.  People spend a lot of money on tires.  And it's not as fun thing to spend money on typically, so I understand that people may not go to a tire shop with a great attitude.  But we were very polite, easy going customers.  There was no reason for me to walk out of there feeling like we were a burden to the rep's day.
