We are here visiting Orlando and decided to do delivery from Pizza Hut to make things easier. Unfortunately, this location is clueless. We ordered online at 9pm for delivery, with a drop off time at 950pm. At 10pm we wait on hold for 10mins to finally get someone. We are told the driver has just left and would be arriving in 10 -15 mins. At 1025pm we called about our order and are told no one by our name has an order there, that we called the wrong spot, and there was no way we called their location. We were rudely told to check ourselves, and that we obviously have the wrong store. This is despite our confirmation email telling us otherwise. At 1030pm we call again and are told our order was for carryout, they have no address for us, and that there was no way our order was for delivery. Not only do we tell this person about the previous call, they tell us what were saying isn't true or possible because they are the only ones there. If we want to do delivery it will be another hour, or we can just come pick it up because we ordered carryout. My husband had to go pick up a delivery order which is confirmed on my account because we also paid online. Yes, we were charged for a delivery fee, that for some reason a rude employee couldn't be bothered by nor attempt to fix the problem. Not only was this process frustrating, but absolutely annoying. Say yourself the trouble, and go somewhere else. For this location's reference I write this at 10:45pm on July 2nd. 15mins after a lengthy back and forth with an employee who for some reason is having a bad day, has a backwards memory, or can't be bothered. Update!! All this for this sorry excuse of an order. What is this mess!?
1 Order was supposed to have 12 piece Buffalo burning hot traditional wings. We picked it up and got home to see only 10 wings. We tried calling the restaurant and the phone kept ringing. After 10 minutes when no one answered we decided to hang up the phone. 2 They always put less sauce on the wings. It's as if we are paying the money for wings with namesake sauce. If we ask them to give sauce on the side, they charge for it. It's as if they put less sauce so that they can charge for the sauce on the side. So, today we requested the guy who gave the food to pour more sauce on the wings because they always put it in scarce, instead of giving it on the side. The guy told that his boss would be upset if he poured more sauce on the wings and that he would get in trouble with the boss, so he would just give it in a small container! We pay $21.49 for 12 wings and on top of it we have to pay for sufficient amount of sauce so that we can eat peacefully? They'd rather have the customer eat it unhappily than pour sufficient amount of sauce? It's just ridiculous!
Be careful going to this pizza hut. Calling in an order will get you tossed in circles and having employees tell you what can and cannot be done on a pizza even though you have gotten that way in the past. Told to hold on multiple times. Then after 10 minutes having a manager jamal berate you on the phone. Tell you now its too late and he closing. Laugh at you then hang up on you. This store is so sad and employees don't care as the managers even give you dirty looks and don't care. Went there to speak to manager and had multiple employees stare at 4 people waiting in lobby with disgusted looks given. Be ware going in
Reminiscing with my husband about Pizza Hut from our childhood when we noticed one in our area for the first time. Back in the 80s there weren't too many options for pizza like there are now. He and I were big fans of Pizza Hut's pan pizza. We literally drove past it and then came home, still talking about it, we decided to order and pickup to see. Delighted it was as good as we remembered, we've had it twice in 1 week, so well done. The pizza and breadsticks were ready fast and still hot when we got home. I highly recommend giving Pizza Hut another go. In this area, the 2 other places we've been going have gotten reaply expensive and difficult to order from, long wait times etc.
Ordered pizza here last night online and decided to choose the pay inside option for pick up. My teenage son went inside to pay so I assume this may be why we were taken advantage of. There were two women working, one of them had a terrible attitude. This one with a terrible attitude rung my son up. He came back to the car while we waited for the pizza two one topping pizzas and brought me what appeared to be my receipt. This matched what the initial total price was online. I go to Check my account when I got home to just find out the girl who rang us up added a four dollar tip?!! She did not ask my son for tip, this was not an option to him and did not tell him she was doing this. Bottom line here is do not pay in store at this location since you may be at risk of being scammed. Try to pay online if you can to avoid this. Also, at this location the wait time is always long even after ordering in advance online. I won’t be back due to the scamming I encountered on my visit yesterday.
Meh. Ordered a stuffed crust pizza with only extra cheese. The cheese in the crust was better than the over-dried cheese on the pizza itself. I've had frozen pizzas that taste better.
Called and the employee answer “yea hello”. I asked about the specials and was given a snotty reply. Asked about toppings and was given a snotty response. Asked to speak to the manager and was told I was loudly that I was SPEAKING TO ONE OF THE MANAGERS. At which point I ended the conversation. Do better Pizza Hut.
Be aware of delivery cars, driving wrong way and might hit you. When this matter was told to the manager, she was rude. Claiming the alley is her parking. The employee even came out to my car and verbally assaulted me,
I don't know what is the problem of this place. My order was totally wrong. I ordered a large stuffed crust with mushrooms, pepperoni, meat, and bacon, plus an order of 8 breaded boneless parmesan wings. I received honey barbecue boned wings, and an only pepperoni pizza. It will be the last time I order a delivery from this place, it is a mess!
My food was burnt my chicken was suppose to be honey bbq I got plain the only thing that was right was the sodas.
