Purchased a 12 piece family meal and it was beyond the worst chicken I've ever had in my life. Tried calling the store and received a busy tone. Called the number on the bucket and after 20 minutes of waiting it then brought me to a voice-mail system. Beyond frustrating. We ended up throwing all the food out and just going out to eat instead. The chicken seemed like it was fried three times. It was so dry and shriveled that all the bones were just sticking through the meat.

Ordered in the app to make a timely pickup while driving home.  10 minutes after my order was to be ready, they tell me that they are out of wings.  I ask for a substitution any substitution they said that they don't have anything to substitute.  I ask what can I do because I already paid for it? The guy says that I can't do anything.  I ask for a manager.  He is too busy to come out.  I then am told that if I want to wait another 15 minutes, they will have more wings.  So much for a quick planned stop on the way home.  Ended up being over 30 minutes after the pickup time for something I ordered in advance. Nobody cares at all here.  I should have listened to the other reviews.

Lady at the cash register is slower than molasses. People in the back are rude. I asked for a side of spicy sauce and they said they dont do that yet have done so every other time. If i could give them less than 1 star i would

This location offers KFC and Taco Bell. Love it because the original KFC recipe is fresh. Across the street is the main shopping mall in Winter Garden. Fast and efficient service. Parking is okay but fills quickly because of other nearby businesses. Clean dining room. Great staff.

I’m right here at the store haven’t even let they close at 11 and they told me they don’t have chicken or tenders only pop corn chicken or bowls. I don’t believe this. Always something with this KFC. I will give 0 star but not available. I order because don’t want to keep driving I’m done for the night. Totally disappointed.

At this location, the cashier need to be re-trained, he started taking my order then walked away to deal with something else and totally ignored me, not even letting me know he will be backed after. And he just stands there and avoided my eye contact, I have to call him to get him out of his daze. God knows what he took.Food: 3/5

KFC only cares about China and Japan, they may as well completely give up in the United States. Even Publix has better chicken then them, how does this dead brand stay open here?

Worst Kfc ever… Food, service terrible! Take out order missing items. Spicy chicken sandwich the worst. Had no receipts because they were out of paper.Can’t call to make complaint because it’s a fax number.. will never go there again and turns me off of go to other kfc’s.

May actually be the worst KFC / Taco Bell in existence. They never open on time, usually 1-2 hours after their posted hours. When they are actually open they get orders right maybe half the time. Taco bell corporate should just get rid of this franchise location. Anything else at this location would serve a better purpose than what's currently there.

Ordered 8 piece meal and only received 6 pieces of chicken. The chicken was old and terrible. Needs new management
