When my wife and I built our new home, we decided that we would get a ductless system instead of a traditional AC system. I know that ductless options are the future of home comfort, and since we had the choice building our home from the ground up, we decided to go for it. We called ductless America after looking over their website and getting a few recommendations. We chose them because of their great service and their overall knowledge about the best options for us. We went with a multi-room ductless system, and this company was our one stop shop for everything. When it came time for installation, they did a great job. The installation was perfect, very clean and they made sure that everything was functional before leaving. We're 100% satisfied, and our first summer living in our home was great; the easy control of our ductless system ensures our personal comfort. Ductless America provides great services to their clients and were able to answer all of our questions about our options before we decided to move forward. We looked for awhile before choosing them, and their great pricing and professionalism gained them our business. Their fantastic execution and followup to any calls and emails gained them this recommendation. Great business!

First off, I do not hand out recommendations lightly(if ever). We had 2 outdoor units matched with 5 indoor units installed in late April in Laurel, MD. Both Charles and Donnell did a great job with the installation and were a pleasure to have at our home. They took excellent care and did a top notch install and we couldn't be more pleased. Oleg Shvets(Branch manager) also did a great job in handling the analysis of what was needed and the whole purchase of the systems as well as the scheduling. I wish to thank Ductless America for what was truly an unexpected smooth and great experience. At this point, do not be afraid to take the chance, this company will take care of you and at probably less cost than many, many others........it just that simple.

Vlad and Mark were exceptionally professional throughout the process of evaluating our AC needs, through installation of our Mitsubishi AC unit. Communication was always prompt and accurate. Installation was done leaving not a speck of dust, like they were never there. Our upstairs that previously would be 80 degrees on a hot day when our thermostat was on 71 is now nice and cool, even on recent 95 degree days. Home improvements are often frustrating, but Vlad and Mark deliver what they promise.
