Josh Lebowitz is a stand out employee.  I have been in and around the car business for almost 20 years.  I have never worked with someone in a service or sales department that is as client focused as Josh.  Heck, I have barely  come across anyone in any client centric industry as good as Josh.  He is one of the most polite people I have ever met.  He recognized me as soon as I walked in the door (we had only met once before), held the door open for me to the dealer, walked me to the shuttle and opened the door for me there as well.  He called when he said he would and followed up when he said he would.  I hope his managers and corporate know he is an extremely valuable asset to their organization.

Greg, Brett, and Sang were all wonderful. Friendly, informative, and thorough. Only tried to sell me what I wanted/needed, and worked really hard to get me a great deal. The car I wanted had more miles on it than a new car usually does (came from a dealership in Northern PA), and they took $125 off the listing price...unexpectedly kind of them! I recommend this dealership highly. I was surprised to see how well rated Heritage Mazda Towson is, but now I understand why. Keep it up guys!

As always, when I want the best Service I head to Heritage Mazda in Tinmonium. Dora and the whole Team are the best at listening and then providing the best Service and customer service Always. Today I met Josh, a new service coordinator and he fits right in with his super great attitude and professionalism. Thanks Team Mazda, I hope to be a life long customer!

I had a wonderful experience at Heritage Mazda in Towson. Ralph Price was extremely helpful and patient throughout the whole process. I never felt that they were being unfair or dishonest. They were willing to work with me on the price of my vehicle and trade-in value, and presented many different options to find the right fit. Most importantly, I am beyond happy with my new car and I have Heritage Mazda to thank for making everything go smoothly!

I bought a car from Heritage Mazda Towson a few weeks ago and everyone there was really great to work with.  Bo and Brett were both very knowledgeable on their products and very friendly.  We never felt pressured to buy.  Bo especially provided excellent communication via email, text, and phone, always quick to respond and he helped make sure we had all the correct paperwork ready ahead of time for our trade-in so we didn't have to rush around last minute.  It was probably the most relaxed I've ever been while buying a car.
