The MOST PLEASANT experience I’ve EVER had when buying a car, new or used. Was helping a young friend (might as well be my daughter) out of an upside down situation when she found a car at Auto Collection. Being young, inexperienced and uneducated in the art of “used car salesmen” I was trying to prepare her for the hours long dance that proceeds the final purchase. Well I’m THRILLED to say I will never have to perform that dance again. I live 4 hours away and promised to help guide her through this process. Hans and his staff were upfront and accommodating regarding her trade in and purchase. The deal was essentially worked out via email and surprisingly the same once we arrived. The numbers were fair, the car was perfect and as described and their customer service EXCEEDED any expectations. The whole transaction took less than an hour. Boy the used car industry could sure learn some things from these guys. 
I will most definitely drive 4 hours again when I’m ready to purchase my next car. It would be a pleasure to work with you again Hans!! Thanks for helping me pull off the best surprise ever!! You’ve got 3 loyal customers for life!!

The thing that stood out the most is the honesty these guys have. They are all good people. I got top dollar for my trade and an excellent deal on my purchase. Never ran into any issues with them. Always willing to help with whatever they can. Would recommend anybody to them. It's very hard finding a dealer you can trust but this dealer is definitely trustworthy.

I flew in from Texas and maybe spent 30 minutes at the dealership before I was back on the road with a great car. No hidden problems, no run around. Here are a few things I loved about my experience:

I wanted a local mechanic to inspect the car before I bought. They were kind enough to drive it back and forth between the mechanic and they did it promptly (I used Christian Brothers).

Their price was cheaper than anyone else for this car. I spent $400 to fly to Nashville and another who knows how much in gas money back, but I still saved thousands rather than buying locally.

I had a Capital One car load all ready to go and they told me they don't work with capital one. I was very disappointed. That is, I was disappointed until they came back with their own financing that was less than HALF of the interest rate that capital one offered me. That is saving me HUGE money now.

The paperwork always intimidates me because I absolutely hate red tape. They took great pains to make it as simple as possible, and on that point alone I'd do business with these guys again.

Been driving the car for several weeks now and its works great. Much better than local car companies that tried to hide defects. I am super happy with my car purchase here and cannot overstate how happy I am that I went with this company.

My family and I have bought several cars from this dealership.  Very professional and sweet staff.  They treat everyone so kindly.  If you are looking to buy a car/ truck and want a fair price with great rates, this is the place to go!  No matter your credit score these guys really try to make a customer happy !!!!!

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.  They seemed to take the hassle out of buying a used car.  Not the usual nightmare you hear about.  I would highly recommend this dealership to my family and friends.
