We purchased a used kia two days ago from Joe, a wonderful and personable salesperson! We had a great experience- no pressure, easy communication, food and drink for children, etc. Joe and the others were very kind and helpful. He was very knowledgeable and, equally important, transparent. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better experience, honestly. And the vehicles are practically new, with low miles and clean interior/exterior, at a much lower cost. I would recommend this business and ask for Joe! Don't let the car buying experience leave you displeased!

This is the type of dishonest dealer that gives people anxiety about going to purchase a car. I called and talked to a sales rep about purchasing a car. We decided on a price and decided I would pick it up that day. I was from out of town so it would take me a few hours to reach them, but they said they would pull the car from the lot and make sure it didn't sell since I was on the way. I got the GPS ready and notified them of the time I would be arriving, to which they confirmed was good. I drove an hour and half to get there. When I arrived they unsympathetically told me they sold the car. One employee even chuckled a little as he let me know it just left. They didn't offer and apology, but turned up there crookedness and immediately tried selling me something else. This behavior by their manager just shows that they aren't there to help you.

Well spent many hours wasting my time trying to buy a 12.000.00 truck for 18,000.00 then with financing making it out to be a 25,000.00 dollar truck with a 470.00 payment not good! To be fair the sales person was nice & polite but could not close the deal on that particular truck ( You know the other invisible person they talk to that you don't see. "Quote Their Boss"). So no deal, I will not pay anyone 7000.00 more for something that is above listed price. I am a past customer already own a brand new KIA Soul and a U.S. Navy Veteran, Disabled, Retired. I was surprised they would not work with me on the price but not surprise is just as usual move the numbers around just to make the same profit but make it look like your getting a deal. So go ahead someone else and buy that truck it's waiting for you!!! Watch Out, do your homework.

I called this dealership to see one specific car.  Rebecca (dealership employee) texted me, and we were  assigned a salesperson.  We immediately drove the 90 minutes get to there.  When we arrived, we waited about 15-20 min for our salesperson Trey to find the keys.  After waiting, he said (with zero enthusiasm) they could not find the keys because the car was sold.  I had been in contact with these people less than an hour before we arrived (while we were on the road), and no one bothered to tell us it was sold/they had made a mistake.

I am not sure what was more disappointing - their lack of service or lack of care when we arrived and departed.  They offered to give us an "amazing deal" on a vehicle priced $10K more than what we were looking for...um no thanks.  I highly recommend steering clear of this dealership.
