This place is the tops. In spite of my late reservation, Empire Rent a Car had just the vehicle I needed. The service was prompt and professional, and the van was in top condition -- I didn't want to give it back! The price I paid at Empire was significantly less than what I would have paid to the competition for a lesser experience, and so there is little debate as to which car/truck/van rental service in northern Queens has the most to offer. Five stars.

Chris at the college point location was great. The car was clean and the service was friendly and fast. Everytime I visit Empire college point is going to be my car rental place.

Rented a truck from here when I moved to the area, and most recently for a 5 day trip. 
Both times the service was quick yet through. 
Car and truck conditions were great both times. 
Can't recommend this place enough.
