My family and I traveled to the mountains for Spring break and decided that we would like to rent a smaller vehicle that would get good gas mileage. I reserved a standard size suv online and picked up on a Friday. The process was very easy and all of the enployees were super nice and helpful. I really expected a hassle because I've heard people say how difficult it can be to rent a car with no credit card. However, the process was smooth and quick. I was loaned a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe and it was super nice and comfortable. Although it is smaller than my suv, it was still roomy enough for my family of 5. Bringing the vehicle back was also a breeze. My $200 deposit was refunded back to my debit card while I was there and I recieved it 2 days later. Overall I would definitely recommend this Enterprise!

Fast, friendly service, but the car I was given was not in very good condition. It had lots of dings and scrapes on the outside (duly noted by the representative), and the interior needed shampooing. The oil change was well overdue according to the sticker in the window; and there was a bumping sound underneath as though something loose was blowing in the wind hitting the bottom of the car when traveling on the highway, which I brought to the attention of the representative at the location where I returned the car. This was a different location than where I had originally rented the car. It appeared this particular car was just being rented and returned as fast as it could be gotten in and out, with no attention to care and maintenance, which may be fine for some patrons.

No complaints with the rentals, they run great, they look great, but don't expect great service, when I've used these guys they always say the cars ready but when I get there they make me wait wile they wash it, vacum it, and then take forever with the paperwork

Enterprise staff is always courtesy and professional. From Calif to Texas and Mississippi they always make my experience wonderful.
