Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Jackson Mississippi is running a bait and switch scam... Customers reserve and confirm a vehicle at one rate and upon return a completely different much higher rate (2-3x) is charged. If you're not diligent in monitoring your credit card bill, maintaining all receipts and rental agreements, and very persistent in navigating through their customer service phone system you will be ripped off.

The process was very easy to checkout the vehicle and to return it. The staff was polite and friendly!!

Rented a camaro. One of the tires was 18 pounds low and the car wasn't very clean inside. I had to stop and pay to add air. Counter employee was helpful but couldnt rent me the car unless i went online and made a reservation myself. I use enterprise often because usually there are no issues, not this time

Too often we are so busy with day to day responsibilities that we forget to acknowledge the people who give great customer service. Angela B. Brittney and Carlos are just to name a few of the outstanding employees at Enterprise who made our rental experience so wonderful. We're booked again for the Holidays at Jackson Municipal Airport. The staff was attentive, courteous, and professional. We experienced a very rapid check in and our vehicle was waiting on us. We no more than 5 minutes at pick up and drop off. The young lady that was there at drop of was excellent. Thank you for making the end of our vacation amazing.
