Absolutely terrible customer service. I called ahead to ensure that my rental (provided by insurance while my car is in the shop) would be available if I arrange a ride out there. The agent on the phone said that it was ready and I could come pick it up anytime. 

I got there about an hour later. When I got to the counter, the agent at the counter said that she had no idea what I was talking about and proceeded to call her manager who was just as clueless. They offered to have me just rent a car at full price out of my pocket and suggested they might be able to fix it in the morning, completely disrespectful and unacceptable. 

The next day I call my insurance company who assures me that everything is set up as it should...

Friendly people, fast and efficient service and a great car.  We were urged to upgrade to all wheel drive (Hyundai Santa Fe) to drive through the mountains - and driving over Mt Hood in blizzard conditions we were extremely grateful to have done so!

Awesome experience! The Crysler 200 was a real treat to drive.  Quick  pick up an drop off of the vehicle.  The vehicle was clean and well maintained. I'd definitely rent from Enterprise again.

I love renting from Enterprise in RDM! It's easy and the associates are so nice. Although, the parking lot has been illogically rearranged and it is difficult to find where the vehicle is parked. I think this may come from regulations outside their control?

I had to push the panic button when I rented one time to find the vehicle and it scared a little girl and father that were watching the planes come in.

My first time renting a car, and it was a very good experience. The associates were very nice and helpful, and the car was nice and clean. Will definitely use Enterprise car rental again.
