Reserved a car about 2 weeks ahead of the date online. Got there 15 minutes after our reserved car time (5pm), which happened to be when they closed. (Our mistake, we didn't see they closed at 5 and our pick up time was 5.) I was a little bummed I did not receive a call letting me know they were closing when I missed the initial check out time. We went in the very first thing the next morning and everything seemed fine, we got an "upgrade" which was nice until we realized that it was a tiny sports car and we needed a sedan. After getting back in line we were told there was nothing else available. I'm thinking that's why we got the upgraded car in the first place. We have passengers that cannot fit now and have to have them rent their own car at another place. I'm understanding of mistakes, but the employees were not the most helpful. Definitely not renting at this company again.

This is the 3rd time I have rented a car from them. I usually rent for 2-3 weeks. The staff were friendly and courteous. The cars are clean and I had no problems occurred while driving them. I will definitely get a car from them the next time I'm in town. I highly recommend them.

absolutely horrible! i showed up after making a reservation a week prior to pick up my car and they didnt have anything available. I even called two days before pickup to confirm my reservation. the lobby was filled with very VERY unhappy people! never going there again. probably the worst customer service experience ever.

If you reserve a truck online be warned they'll ask for a huge deposit when you go to pick up the truck. The online truck reservation says nothing about a deposit.

Amazingly easy to reserve online. The car I rented left me giddy, super clean and beautiful with safety features I didn't even know were available! But most of all, I would like to thank Tyson, the employee at the counter, who made the whole process speedy and was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I am a frequent car renter and this is literally the best experience thus far.
