The woman working here is incredible. Crystal? Kristy? I forgot my license when renting our honeymoon car and she drove it to our house after closing just in time to catch us before we drove across the USA. You saved us! On the other hand, the "hidden" toll road fee's avis charged were quite excessive.

I was an hour and a half late with a car full of packages. That was created by aggressive time stamping by the pick up  Avis who took an extra 25 minutes after time stamp to actually give us the car. Upon return, I was immediately told to get my stuff out of the car and take a bus or cab home. I thought they have drive home service like Enterprise. Avis employee was as rude as could be as he took my keys. I asked to keep the car a second day to take home my packages because I was charged a second day for late return and was refused. I was charged an extra day penalty while  the car was also rented immediately to someone else. Nice scam of double billing two parties for the same car on the same day. Pure Sleeze!

The clerk was great.  Super friendly, I think his name was Mike.  The process went fast.  The return was easy and so was the extension I needed.  I will use this location again for sure.

It took 2 minutes to book on line. Then to pick up it was about two minutes also. when we brought the car back it was less than a minute and it was all done. The car was great. every thing was perfect. I will be telling my friends and anyone who will hear me.
