We were told that the Enterprise Counter would be closed when we arrived at 1 a.m. due to our flight being delayed into Eugene, Oregon.  However, we were super elated to see that there was an agent at the counter upon our arrival.
As soon as he completed the customer before us, we were met with upbeat energy and great customer service.  He was also able to provide us with local eateries and attractions that we were able to take advantage of.
Thank you Enterprise for making our experience a memorable one.

I quickly and easily rented a car from Enterprise Eugene Airport and the staff were friendly and personable.  I also mistakenly brought the keys with me after I dropped the car off...when I landed in Boise and gave them the keys back, they did not charge me extra. Nice and thanks!

Kaitlyn at Enterprise in Eugene was great. She called to confirm, waited for us to arrive at 1:20 am and made sure we were in and out quickly. Great customer service.

We had the best customer service experience here.  Our flight was delayed and we did not arrive until 1:20 am.  This office closes at 12:30 am, but the agent waited for us!  We were a tired somber party as we were there for my aunt's funeral.  The agent took a moment to give us his condolences and got us on our way.  The cars are just outside the door, easy pickup and return.

We had some special circumstances and Ron took care of them all and made the experience excellent.  His customer service was awesome
