Great place to Rent-A-Car! I was able to extend my rental numerous times with a quick phone call. They picked me up from the repair shop and dropped me back off to my car after! Very friendly service that I would highly recommend.

Enterprise McLoughlin ALWAYS takes care of me. I recently had a VERY long rental and they worked with me amazingly well.  I use them often since we are a one-car family and they reward my frequent usage admirably. Thank you Enterprise (McLoughlin)!

Very friendly, professional staff. Excellent prices and car selection. The car was immaculate. I will be using them more often for short trips!

Renting at Enterprise was easy and almost fun. The staff was efficient and quick to address all concerns. I will surely go back when the need for a rental vehicle arises again. Thanks.

Made a reservation online, when I got there they only had 2 cars 'ready' so I pick one. The lady asked if it smelled I could smell a hint of cigarettes but it was fine I only need the car for the day.... 

She tells me there will be a hold on the card of $250. That's fine. However after I returned the car I notice in fact theirs a $500 dollar hold. Two for $250. I called them to see if they got the car they say yes so why is there 2 $250 hold they tell me they would be dropped and it would be 59 dollars. Well only one has dropped just like I knew would happen and now have to deal with this extra $250 hold that's floating out of nowhere.....

All in all

Stinky car with ash inside, they don't clean the card therowly. Vacuumed and maybe washed the outside.

Over charge without telling you.watch out for added holds or charges hidden from you. Also to mention I had full coverage insurance and they still said you need added insurgence. They try to sell you things you don't need for profit. 

I will be using a different company next time I need a rental.
