I had to get a rental car while my vehicle was being repaired. In general the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, one day after work I found a crack in the windshield of the rental vehicle (of no fault of my own). I returned the vehicle immediately, and because it was such an odd fluke the manager of the location promised to pay $69 of the $219 for repairs, as a generous gesture of good-faith and customer care. This never happened though despite repeated verbal promises. I understand I was responsible to pay for repairs for damage that occurred while the vehicle was in my care. I don't like that false-promises were made and not kept... If it hadn't been for this, I could have rated them higher. Sad

Staff is positive and courteous.  They have continued to make my rental car experience seamless, quick and pleasant.  They also provide better value than I've received from their competitors.  That's why I'm a repeat customer.  Thank you!

The staff was very polite and courteous. It was a fairly straightforward rental experience and the unlimited mileage Enterprise allows was a big plus. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Wonderful group to rent a vehicle from. They were able to pick me up earlier than was I scheduled to be, very professional, thorough, and so nice to work with. I will definitely use this location again. It's so nice to receive good  customer service, especially this day and age.

I love the group at the Tualatin Enterprise - they were timely, picked me up and dropped me off, and the customer service was top notch.
