I've been a regular customer at this Enterprise location for many years and have experienced a consistently high level of service. Through many changes in managers, and staff, the folks at "my" Enterprise have always been ready to go the extra mile for me.

Do NOT attempt to rent anything smaller than a Mini-Van or SUV here. Do not think that setting a reservation online means that you will be receiving the car size that you are looking for, again, unless it's a Mini-van or SUV. I scheduled my reservation online asking for a smaller car to replace mine that was stolen. When I got there, they started through the rental process and we head out to pick which car. "I only have SUVs, Minivans, or full sized trucks," upon further discussion, "actually, given that you are paying with a debit card, I can only put you in the mini-van. But do not worry, I'll put a dummy reservation in your name for tomorrow, and I'll give you a call as to when  you can expect a sized car that you need." Never received a call, so, one week later I call the office to see what can be done. Again, they have no cars in the size that I need, so, they instruct me to head to Murray Blvd location. When I inquired to Dmitry if I should call before heading over, he said "Nope, they have availability, go ahead and head on over." Upon arriving at the Murray Blvd location as directed, I was informed that they did not, actually, have any cars available for me. Surprise, surprise, when I call Barbur blvd back "I'll go ahead and put your name on a list, and give you a call as soon as we have a sedan or compact in." I won't hold my breath.

Great customer service and received a new car to drive and rates were very reasonable compared to other rental companies.

Great experience, was upgraded to a truck due to not having the economy available, got a ride afterwards which was really nice.
