I keep coming back here, hoping that they will improve but it’s only become worse. They only ever staff one person, and it always takes me over an hour to get any transaction completed even though they claim to be a “fastbreak” location. Budget should pull their franchise out of here, because it only does to make them look bad.

My mother and I went to rent a vehicle from Kurt. I was skeptical after reading the reviews thinking it was going to be a horrible experience. Kurt provided excellent customer service in a timely professional manner. He gave us an affordable weekly rate better than any other car rental could offer us. Keep up the good work Kurt. Thank you for the great experience.

Be prepared to wait forever when you get here to get your car/drop off a car. They don't have enough help. Don't even try to call because odds are they won't answer. When we called to ask about our car, they answered on the 4th try and when we got here to pick it up it took over an hour.

Do not rent from this location. We reserved a car two days prior to pick up and when we went to pick it up, we were told there were none available. We had to return two hours later to pick up a different car than we had ordered. When we arrived they were unable to process our credit score (a failure on their part) and even though we had already prepaid for our car, they would not give us the rental. We then asked to cancel that reservation so we could process the rental payment with a credit card. They told us that our reserved car was now going to another person and that they had no more rentals for us and if we wanted to rent with Budget, we would have to go to the Portland Airport. The cancelation fee for this negligence on their part was $50. We spent an hour on the phone with corporate explaining our circumstances and they were not helpful at all. Besides this large oversight on their part, the staff at this location made getting a car, or lack there of very unenjoyable. There is an Enterprise down the street which we went to after and had a wonderful experience.
